How do I join my school year?
You must first register and login, then search for the schools you attended. You will see a green button in the top right hand corner of the page "CONNECT". Click this button then select the start and end year you attended the school, college, academy or university.

My School / University / Academy is not listed?
The list includes over 24,000 schools and universities which cover all UK primary, public, secondary, acadamey and universities. If you find that the school / university you are looking for is missing then please contact us and we will add it to the list.

How do I delete my account?
At anytime you can use this link Cancel My Account (also displayed at the footer of the website) to completely remove all your details and any associated photographs and stories. If you want to re-join at a later date your are more than welcome but all your data will have been deleted.

What is the favourite link for?
Rather than you having to search through different schools to find your school mates each time, you can click the favourite button to add them to your personal list. A link to your list will appear in your dashboard once you have added at least one class mate.

How do I know if someone is trying to contact me?
You will receive a request displayed in your dashboard asking you to accept or reject the class mate. If you decide to accept then you can receive and send messages to this class mate.

Can I block someone from sending me messages?
You will only recieve messages from class mates you have accepted, but at anytime you can block this class mate from sending you any further messages.

What's in the weekly summary e-mail?
If you select to receive the e-mail you will receive a summary of class mates who have joined during the past week and who attended the same period and schools you are connected. You will also receive the number of class mate requests and the number of messages sent during that week. You will need to login to see who the requests and messages are from.
